What is StreetGov

WHAT IS STREETGOV?

StreetGov is Nigeria's first community-powered civic issue
reporting app. Whether it's a pothole on your street, a power
outage in your area, flooding at your gate or uncollected waste
behind your building — StreetGov gives you the power to report
it, track it and get it fixed.
We connect citizens directly to relevant authorities through
Phone, Email and WhatsApp — making civic action simple,
fast and effective.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 — Report
📸 Take a photo of the issue
✏️ Add a title (minimum 20 characters for accuracy)
📍 Your location is captured automatically
📂 Select the category — Roads, Power, Flooding, Waste etc
⚠️ Set the severity — Low, Medium or High
✅ Tap Submit Report
Step 2 — Track
👀 Your report appears on the community feed
❤️ Other citizens can like and comment to show support
📊 Watch the lifecycle tracker — Reported → In Progress → Verified → Fixed
🔔 Get notified of every update on your report
Step 3 — Fix
📞 Contact relevant authorities directly from the app
